How can i get my hair to grow FAST???

I have shoulder length hair with alot of layers, i only heat style on special occasions, i take alot of vitamins...my hair used to be long and then i had to get it cut short becuase of chemical damage..HELP!!

Wash and condition it once a week and oil ur scalp with some type of hair growth oil. Also clip your ends every now and then.

health food stores offer vitamins that promote healthy hair but it doesn't make your hair grow any faster. i knoe this sounds weird but birth control pills really work. its something with the hormones in them.

find a REALLY good stylist...my hair grew about 7in in less than 1 yr since ive been with the same lady...get trims every 8 weeks...that makes ur hair stronger...just nip off the ends and fix the layers...and do condition ur hair!!! :) good luck

nothing is going to make your hair grow faster...no matter what people on here say. the suggestions that everyone gives simply makes the hair healthier, making it appear longer. if you need long hair FAST, check out sally's beauty supply. i was just there and they have good quality human hair clip-on extensions for $80.

Supposedly protein suppliments will help. That's what one of my instructors in the military said.

Try eating Avocado, and using Green tea shampoos. I also drink lots of milk. I cut my waist lenghth hair each year and it grows to the same length within 4 months.
